Returns & Exchange Policy

We accept returns or exchanges of any items (excluding Final Sale items) within 90 days of purchase in unworn, unwashed condition. Items must have all tags and liners intact. Final Sale items cannot be refunded, exchanged. 

Purchases made between November 1 and December 24, 2023 qualify for our extended holiday return policy. Any purchase made in this window is eligible for return through January 14, 2024 or within 60 days, whichever is longer. All items must be new with original tags attached.

If opting for a refund, a $6.95 return fee will be deducted from your refund. 

If you don't have an Lachkey.com account, you can look up your order using your email address or the shipment tracking number received in your confirmation email. When looking up your order, be sure to enter the same email address used when placing your order. Following this step, you'll receive an email with a unique link to view your orders.

Once your return is received, the estimated timing to receive your refund is 15-20 business days. Returns will be credited back to the original form of payment. If you purchased the item with a prepaid Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Amex, mall gift card, or cash, you will be issued a credit in the form of an Lachkey gift card which can be redeemed at Lachkey.com.
